Those wishing to attend are asked to reserve their room by contacting the Knock House Hotel at (094) 9388088 by Friday, 28 February and to quote the special rate for the Conference. The cost of staying at the hotel is €100 and includes use of the Conference facilities, B&B and all meals mentioned above. Alternative accommodation may be arranged (B&B etc) and those doing so are asked to settle with the hotel for dinner and lunch independently. Those using the latter option are asked to notify the secretary of their intention to attend the meeting by emailing email@example.com.
Priests intending to concelebrate the Mass are asked to bring their own vestments (purple), including a chasuble. Those not intending to concelebrate are asked to bring choir dress.
